When I was younger, I used to write letters to myself. I kid you not, I'd write them and date them two years in the future. So I read one the other day and I was surprised because I've honestly changed so much. I was pretty idealistic-no wait, I still am. though a little realistically so...what an oxymoron: realistically idealistic. Anyway, back to the letters. 2 years ago I was all set to be the next Einstein...big scientific ambitions. Zoom on to the present and the science ambitions are still there but I'm 10 times lazier and more liable to get distracted by a random hot guy walking by XD So, crazy as it sounds, writing letters to myself is a pretty good past-time....who knows when I'll need them to make me laugh <3
I can't wait to look back on my blog in a year or two and see how much I have changed (sort of similar to writing letters to myself I guess :)). My ambitions have definitely changed in the past few years as well, and even more so in the past few months. Keep writing those letters, it is a great idea!
